The broadest baseline we arrange: every major organ system surveyed in one or two mornings, with the option to add sedated endoscopy the same visit.

Who this is designed for
- Adults over 35 who have never had a structured full-body screen
- Guests with a family history of cancer, heart disease or diabetes
- Anyone whose home system has a long wait for CT, endoscopy or specialist review
- Travellers who want a baseline to compare against in future years
Why guests do this in China
- Depth in one trip. What takes months of sequential referrals elsewhere is a single two-morning programme, because imaging and laboratory work are all under one roof.
- Radiation-aware protocol. Low-dose chest CT is the default, not an upgrade, and we will tell you when a module is not worth doing in your case.
- Results you can act on. Same-day laboratory and imaging reporting, with an English report and a physician walk-through before you fly home.
How it works, day by day
- Day 1 morning — Arrival, registration and fasting bloodwork. Ultrasound, ECG and echocardiography follow directly after.
- Day 1 afternoon — Low-dose chest CT and remaining imaging. Physician reviews what is already reported.
- Day 2 morning — Optional sedated gastroscopy and colonoscopy, or pulmonary function testing.
- Day 3 — English report compiled, physician walk-through, and onward referral if anything needs a specialist.
Pricing & what your quote covers
Quote on request
Pricing on request — you receive a written, itemised quote within 24 hours of your enquiry, before you commit to anything.
Every quote is itemised, and covers:
- Hospital and physician fees for every module listed on this page
- English-language written report with physician commentary
- Interpreter accompaniment throughout the screening days
- Airport pick-up and transfer to and from the hospital
- Hotel shortlist and booking assistance at negotiated rates
- A physician walk-through of your report before you fly home
No deposit is required to receive a quote. If you decide not to travel, nothing is owed. A quote is not a medical opinion and does not commit either side until you confirm in writing.
Optional add-ons
- Whole-body PET-CT
- Brain MRI with MRA (stroke-risk assessment)
- Coronary CT angiography
- Allergy and autoimmune panels
- Overnight polysomnography for suspected sleep apnoea
Add-ons are priced separately in the same written quote. We will tell you if a module is not worth doing in your case.
Frequently asked questions
What does a checkup in China cost?
We quote on request. Chinese hospitals set self-pay rates individually depending on the modules selected and the hospital tier, so a published figure would be misleading for most guests. Send us the package you are interested in and we return a written, itemised quote within 24 hours — hospital fees, English report, interpreter and transfers all listed separately, before you book anything.
Is a low-dose CT of the chest worth it if I have never smoked?
That is a conversation with the reviewing physician rather than a fixed rule. Our default is to include it because incidental findings in never-smokers are common in this age band, but you can drop any module you do not want before the quote is finalised.
Do I need to fast?
Yes for bloodwork and for sedated endoscopy. We send a written pre-travel instruction sheet with the fasting windows, so nothing is missed on the day.
Can I do the whole programme in one day?
It is possible when you skip sedated endoscopy and PET-CT, but we generally advise against compressing it: a rushed itinerary is how add-on findings get missed.
